Dunblane Community Lunch Club

The Lunch Club is a venture run by Dunblane Cathedral for the Dunblane parish as a whole - it is not solely for members or attendees of Dunblane Cathedral. It is a regular opportunity for elderly or housebound persons throughout the community to get together for a social lunch each Tuesday from noon until 1pm in the Cathedral Hall.

The lunch consists of a two course meal (starter & main course alternating weekly with main course and dessert) followed by tea or coffee. This is a great opportunity for the members to be able to get out of their homes and have a social get together each week. The food is provided by Choices Delicatessen and is to a high standard.

Access to the hall is available via the rear entrance for those requiring wheelchair access. There is a team of volunteer drivers who can collect people from their homes and return them back at the end of the lunch, so there is no issue over transport to the Cathedral.

Payment for the lunch, which is subsidised by the Cathedral, is on a weekly basis on the Tuesday and currently (2020) this is £6.00 each week.
